It is cleverly designed to conceal the inner latch works, which gives it a nice clean look. The surface of the catch has a pretty embossed vase of leafy flowers - very Victorian. It has a patent date of 1887 on the underside. Perfect for a Craftsman or Victorian home, this sash lock is in excellent working condition.
