Toleware Tray - Hand Painted and Signed Pierced Border

Here we have a toleware tray up for bid. It has a few rust spots and not in perfect shape but still shows well. It measures 19 3/4" x 15". Nice cut out handles. Signature looks like Fred ??. Label on back reads hand painted, NASHCO Products, NY.
