If you win just one item: You need not wait for an invoice; just click on the "Pay Now" button on the auction page or on the "You Won" email to arrange payment via PayPal. If you have not contacted me after a day or two, I will send you an invoice as a reminder.
If you win multiple items: I always try to combine shipping for items won on the same day. Some larger items cannot be combined. If in doubt, be sure to ask before bidding. If you do win multiple items, please wait until I send you a combined invoice before making any payment. Then you may click on the "Pay Now" button on the invoice to arrange payment. The combined shipping discount applies ONLY when you make a single payment for all items.

Good communication is the key to a quick and easy transaction. After the auction you will receive several emails from me besides the normal "You Won" email. I will keep you informed through every step of the after-auction process, including a "Payment Received" message, another when I purchase postage (U.S. only), and a final "Your item has been shipped" email.

RETURN POLICY:
I describe items as best as I can. If you receive this item and feel that it was grossly misrepresented, please contact me immediately and return the item within 14 days in the same condition you received it for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. This pertains to all items unless there is a "Sold As-Is" statement in the item description.
INSURANCE:
Shipping insurance is optional for U.S. shipments. Although I carefully package most items using sturdy boxes, plenty of packing material and computer-generated shipping labels, I cannot be responsible for them once they leave my home. For this reason you should consider purchasing insurance. |
