This is a Tray, that is made out of some type of metal, it is painted black and gold trim at the top of rim edge, there is a hand painted Floral scene with leaves design on the inside of Tray, and the other colors are: red, mauve, green, pink, and orange.
It measures: 20 1/2" and 14 3/8" at the top and 1 1/4" in height.
There are no hallmarks so I do not know who the maker was.
The Floral scene has a lot of color loss, there are scratches to the front and back, there are rub marks with paint loss, there is pitting and rust - please see all photos, any spots or light colors that appears in the photos is from the lighting .
Otherwise it is in "GREAT CONDITION".
