1. About Us ~ Net-Workz is dedicated to making your eBay experience a pleasurable one.  We are trading assistants with a drop-off location in Elizabeth City, NC.  We take pride in every auction that we assist with.  We will do our best to describe items accurately based on information obtained from the seller and the research that we perform.  Please keep in mind that we are not experts in every item category and welcome your questions or comments. 
2. Shipping ~ Please use the eBay shipping calculator, found at the bottom of this page, to determine the cost for shipping this item to your zip code.  We will gladly combine shipping on auctions that end with in the same week.  If you would like a combined shipping total, please e-mail us with your zip code and the auction numbers that you are interested is combining.  International bidders must contact us prior to bidding for a quote.  We ship items out 3 days a week.  Therefore, your purchase should ship within 1-3 days of receipt of cleared payment.  Insurance is optional on some items.  Items that are breakable or are valued at over $50.00 will require insurance.
3. Payment ~ Payment should be made with in 7 days of the completed auction.  We prefer Paypal but will also accept a money order.  If paying with a money order please use eBay’s check out system to notify us that you are sending payment via money order. 
4. Feedback ~ Feedback is very important to us.  We will gladly reciprocate positive feedback.  If you have a concern about your item please notify us before leaving negative feedback so that we may have the opportunity to address your concerns.   
5. Returns ~ All items are sold "as is" We will do our best to note any imperfections found with an item.  If we have not mentioned the condition of an item in the description above please feel free to e-mail during the auction with any questions.
