This lovely Victorian tile is from England and is very stunning, with two plain dark green squares (although they look black in the photos) and two embossed bow garlands, with a rosette in the center and stylized flowers in the center of each bow. The tile was no doubt used around a fireplace at one time and now would be a great trivet or just a decorative item. The tile measures 6 inches by 6 inches and is marked on the back, "England" and "RD Number Applied For" as well as the number "101" and a markered "841/3'. The bottom two corners have small areas of the corners knocked off of them (see photos). There is some crazing, as would be expected with the age of this piece. Offered with NO RESERVE.
