SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES ARE NOT INSURED AND ARE SHIPPED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
COMBINING SHIPMENTS/PAYMENTS:
• You may combine Paypal payments and shipping up to 7 days from close of first auction. Our Paypal address is: ebay@Re-Creativity.com. All payments should be sent to that address via Paypal.
• NOTE: When combining items for shipping purposes there may not be a savings because items are shipped by weight and if an unusually large shipping container is required, that could delay the arrival of your items. If one item is offered with a special offer of FREE SHIPPING. It cannot be combined with any other purchase. It must be paid for and shipped separately. This applies to United States First Class shipping only.
HANDLING TIME:
• We ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment via PAYPAL in “cleared” status. If you are concerned about your status, please contact PAYPAL regarding your account.
• We ship 6 days per week - Monday through Saturdays excluding holidays and severe weather OR other conditions beyond our control.
WE PROVIDE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION WHERE APPLICABLE - THIS IS AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY.
HANDLING FEES:
• We do not charge a handling fee on any one auction.
• We reserve the right to charge a small handling fee when combining auctions if there is difficulty in packing or multiple combinations of shipping methods (i.e. first class only goes up to 13 ounces and when adding items together it quickly jumps much higher when we have to ship PRIORITY MAIL.
or to cover extra charges for adjustments and/or the difficulty in finding an appropriate shipping container for Parcel Post, or Extra Large Priority Items).
• We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on items that are difficult to ship based on size or weight. This will be clearly noted in the auction text.
There is always a small handling fee on international packages due to the extra work in filling out customs paperwork.
If you are unable to pay at the close of the auction, or will have your payment in “uncleared” status on PayPal, please do not bid.
