• All Customers: 1. We ship through UPS. If UPS service is not available in your area, kindly contact us before placing your bid;
  2. Our merchandise is stocked in multiple warehouses so we are unable to combine shipping or arrange pickup;
  3. Shipping insurance is optional at $5.
• USA (excluding Hawaii & Alaska): Your purchase will be shipped via UPS Ground (1 to 7 business days transit time from Miami, Florida). Expedited Shipping service is available at additional cost.
• Canada: The shipping to Canada will be $45.00 + $15. This does not include any customs duties/taxes or brokerage fees. You can arrange private customs clearing to avoid UPS brokerage fees. Your purchase will be sent via UPS Standard service (5 to 10 business days transit time from Miami, Florida)). Expedited Shipping service is available at additional cost.
• Hawaii & Alaska: Your purchase will be sent via least expensive UPS service. Kindly email us to confirm shipping before placing your bid.
• Worldwide: Items are only sent via UPS service. Kindly email us to confirm shipping before placing your bid.

100% Refund Return Policy

• For items not as advertised, you can contact anytime within 2 days of delivery. Your full amount, including the shipping you paid with it, will be refunded
• Return shipping is not included
• If we are contacted after 2 days but within 7 days of delivery, the shipping and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• Returns on basis of colors are not accepted
