Here is nice piece of US history; "Congressional Record; 56th Congress; 3rd session; April 03, 1899; N0. 52: "Speech of Hon. James R Mann of Illinois" ". Its in good condtion, all paper with two staples for binding. The first few pages are dogeared at bottom, no repairs, has small tear front page right, (photo). Its approx. 1/4" thick; 9" x 11.25"..

@-Please pay within 7 days of close of auction; if paying by money order/cashiers check, please allow sufficient time for arrival on the east coast..
@- I do offer combined shipping whenever possible to save you the buyer money. The items must end within 7 days of each other. If the Buy it Now option is available and you use it, please pay for the items and I will refund the discount back to you.
@- Insurance: is optional at the exact USPS rate per value; please take advantage of this, especially if the item is fragile/breakable. I cannot be held liable for carrier mishaps.
@- The vast majority of items offered are obtained at Estate sales/auctions in the upper New York area. I do tend to rely on the auctioneer's discription from time to time if the item is not marked/stamped and cannot be located through research.
@- Paypal, money orders/cashiers checks are the only accepted methods of payment at this time, sorry, no personal checks.
